All deposits made by User when submitting an application are non-refundable unless clearly stated otherwise.
CMC is a commercial mortgage broker and does not make independent credit decisions. User understands that CMC shall not be liable, under any circumstances, if a lender rejects a loan application submitted by User.
CMC will not be liable for any delay, difficulty in use, computer viruses, malicious code, or other defect in the use of this website.
This agreement shall be governed, enforced and construed under the laws of the State of New York. Venue and exclusive jurisdiction shall be the courts located in Nassau County, New York.
